Quick & Tasty Gobi 65 Recipe with LT Raju's Masala
Gobi 65, a popular vegetarian dish, gets a flavor boost with LT Raju’s Masala! This crispy cauliflower dish is a great snack or appetizer with just the right amount of spice. Using our masala, you can whip up this restaurant-quality recipe at home in no time.
Ingredients
- Take 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets (500 gm) – 70% boiled in water
- 30 gms of Maida
- 50 gms LT Raju’s Masala
- 1& 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp LT Garnish Powder
- Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, then drain and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, mix maida, cauli flower florets and LT Raju’s Masala. Add a little water to create a thick batter.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the coated florets until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with LT Garnish powder, fresh curry leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
