Quick & Tasty Gobi 65 Recipe with LT Raju's Masala

Gobi 65, a popular vegetarian dish, gets a flavor boost with LT Raju’s Masala! This crispy cauliflower dish is a great snack or appetizer with just the right amount of spice. Using our masala, you can whip up this restaurant-quality recipe at home in no time.

Ingredients

  • Take 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets (500 gm) – 70% boiled in water
  • 30 gms of Maida
  • 50 gms LT Raju’s Masala
  • 1& 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tbsp LT Garnish Powder
  • Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, then drain and pat dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix maida, cauli flower florets and  LT Raju’s Masala. Add a little water to create a thick batter.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the coated florets until golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish with LT Garnish powder, fresh curry leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Serve this delicious Gobi 65 hot with mint or tamarind chutney for a spicy, crispy treat. LT Raju’s Masala adds a perfect blend of spices to this dish, making it a must-try for all snack lovers!
